Description

Moll Law Group, a National Injury Law Firm, is seeking a bright, highly motivated and professional Legal Assistant/Assistant Office Manager. Moll Law Group represents the families who lost a loved one and those seriously injured by defective products, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, and accidents.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys and paralegals with client communications;
  • Assist with office management - ordering supplies, client expenses, vendors, etc.
  • Assist with employee resources;
  • Assist with resolution of medical liens; and
  • Monitor the firm’s calendar for pending deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • 2 year degree required, 4 year degree preferred;
  • exceptional computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft applications;
  • QuickBooks experience a plus but not necessary;
  • Adobe Acrobat proficiency a plus;
