We are current seeking a passionate and dedicated Legal Assistant to provide top-notch administrative and assistant support to one of our Directors in Law. You will be an integral part of the team, ensuring that the Director has all the support they need to deliver exception service to our clients! What you’ll be doing What can you expect in your day to day as a Legal Assistant? Well, you can expect to have a challenging and diverse role that will keep you engaged and motivated every day. This will include: Managing busy diary schedules and appointments Ensure all legal documents are meticulously prepared and filed with the court. Coordinate closely with attorneys to gather essential information for filings. Manage electronic discovery (e-discovery) processes, including data collection, review, and production for litigation purposes Manage the billing process for legal services rendered to clients. Making sure documents are correct filed and easily accessible in NetDocs Communicating effectively with clients and handling confidential information with ease. We want to hear from people who have: 1.5 - 4 years of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary. Experienced and skilled with typing up from dictation. Excellent communicator with an impeccable attention to details. Experience using NetDocs for document management is ideal. Benefits Our people love to work for us, here’s why!
