  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 2 years experience in clerical or admin role
  • Exposure to legal settings is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Legal Research - Conducting research on laws, regulations, case precedents, and legal articles to assist attorneys in case preparation.
  • Document Preparation - : Drafting, editing, and organizing legal documents, such as, but not limited to contracts, affidavits, etc.
  • Case Management - Organizing and maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that case records are up to date.
  • Client Communication - Serving as a liaison between attorneys and clients, gathering information, answering basic inquiries, and keeping clients informed on case progress.
  • Court Filings - Preparing documents for submission to courts, filing them according to court procedures, and handling administrative tasks related to filings.
  • Administrative Support - Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating court appearances, and handling billing and invoicing.
