Description

We’re seeking a full-time Legal Assistant/Conveyancer to join our team in Kelowna, BC, in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will prepare legal documents, provide administrative support, and assist legal professionals with day-to-day tasks. You’ll manage client communications and handle a range of legal and administrative responsibilities to ensure real estate transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant with a focus on conveyancing
  • Skilled in legal document preparation and familiar with LTSA web filing processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience providing administrative support in a legal setting
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with GoVeyance, Soluno, Clio, or similar software
