Calendar management, including scheduling meetings, court hearings, and tracking critical deadlines. Drafting, editing, and preparing legal correspondence and documents, with a strong focus on formatting standards and version control. Preparing and collating Court files and Briefs to Counsel, ensuring all materials are complete and meticulously presented. Managing financial processes, including high-volume end-of-month invoicing, supplier invoice processing, trust payments, and debtor management. Facilitating the full lifecycle of legal matters, from opening files and conducting conflict checks to compliance, write-offs, file closure, and archiving. Handling day-to-day administrative tasks with diligence, including answering calls, managing mail, client correspondence, and printing. Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour while liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.   About You   Background in legal administration support or a law student with at least two years remaining in your degree and proven experience in legal support. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, with demonstrated skills in formatting complex documents, using styles, templates, and reviewing tools. Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. Discreet and conscientious in handling sensitive information. Experience with Elite or similar finance software for managing expenses, billing, and reporting.
