Our ambition The Opportunity Ready to bring your organisational superpowers to a fast-paced, high-performing legal team? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, polished, and professional Legal Assistant to join our Finance team in Melbourne. 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:15 PM 🏡 Flexibility: Work from home 1–2 days per week (depending on team and partner needs) You’ll be the go-to person supporting Partner Amy Repse and a team of senior lawyers. What your day might look like Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and manage changes proactively. Organise domestic and international travel and reconcile expenses promptly. Draft, format and manage legal documents using Microsoft Office and iManage. Open, maintain and close matters, ensuring accurate time entries and billing. Act as the first point of contact for client queries and support strong client relationships. Assist with business development initiatives, pitches and client events. Collaborate with Legal Assistants across practice groups on joint matters. Mentor and guide Administrative Assistants to support team efficiency. Champion technology and AI adoption to improve processes and stay innovative. Maintain compliance with firm policies, including file management and risk protocols.
