We are seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to support a legal services team with client communication, document preparation, case management, and administrative support. This full-time remote role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow within a structured and collaborative legal environment. Duties / Tasks to perform Draft legal documents, letters, and correspondence in English Answer and manage client calls to assess cases through structured and detailed questioning Proactively contact clients to provide case updates or request additional documentation Efficiently manage and securely store client information and documents received from clients or the IRS Utilize internal and web-based platforms to create, manage, and maintain client cases, ensuring all files are organized and accessible Draft letters and legal documents using Microsoft Office applications Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure awareness of case progress, documenting all updates and interactions on the designated web platform Ensure accurate, up-to-date case notes and records at all times Support the sales process by filtering potential clients from marketing campaigns and converting qualified prospects into firm clients Background in Law or a related field Experience in customer service, preferably in an English-speaking environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with information management and document storage tools Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently Understanding of basic legal work requirements, including confidentiality and a client-centric approach Fluency in English and Spanish Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm (GMT -5-00) Eastern Time (US & Canada), Bogota, Lima Competitive pay in US Dollars.
