Description

CONTRACT TYPE: PERM

Position Type: Full Time – Monday to Friday. To meet the needs of our customers the hours worked are between 9 am and 7 pm - 8 hours inclusive of an hour for lunch.
Bond Turner is a leading law firm, proudly recognised by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. We are committed to ensuring access to justice for our clients and their families, providing expert legal services with a client-centered approach.
With offices in Liverpool and Bolton, we offer nationwide legal advice across a wide range of sectors.
Our areas of expertise include Credit Hire, Personal Injury, including Complex Injury, Clinical and Professional Negligence, Housing Disrepair, Group Action Claims and Public Inquiries. We are driven by a commitment to achieving successful outcomes, surpassing client expectations, and creating a supportive environment that empowers our employees to build fulfilling and rewarding careers.
We understand that our growth as a business is driven by the success of our people. We take pride in fostering a positive, collaborative work environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success. With exceptional support at every turn, every employee is empowered to reach their full potential.
We are currently recruiting for Client Care Team members to join our Housing Disrepair Team based in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their colleagues and clients.
You will be working within the Client Care Team taking initial calls from prospective clients and dealing with the onboarding documents and financing aspects. This role would suit a recent law graduate or a paralegal who may have some FNOL experience - experience of Housing Disrepair or FNOL is not essential as full training can be provided.
If you have got drive and determination, ambition and are looking for a stimulating career then we would love to hear from you. This role has progression and at some stage (perhaps after working 12 months with the firm) we fully expect it to develop into a fee earning role which would also provide qualifying work experience for qualification by the SQE route or LPC route (subject to being successful in the application process for the latter) if your goal is to qualify as a solicitor.
