Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
  • Assist in the preparation of cases for trial by organizing files and evidence.
  • Manage case files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible.
  • Interview clients and witnesses to gather information pertinent to cases.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients through phone etiquette and professional correspondence.
  • Utilize iManage software for document management and organization.
  • Proofread legal documents for accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and coordinating tasks among team members.
