JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the real estate office. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to project management.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a real estate environment or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.
  • Strong interviewing skills to effectively gather information from clients.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, with strong proofreading capabilities.
  • Familiarity with legal drafting processes is a plus.
  • Experience with iManage or similar document management systems is desirable.
  • Background in clerical or administrative roles will be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks within the real estate office.
  • Conduct interviews with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain effective phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents and correspondence related to real estate transactions.
  • Utilize iManage for document management and organization.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines and coordinating schedules.
  • Conduct research using Lexis-Nexis for property information and legal matters.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
