LEGAL ASSISTANT / LEGAL SECRETARY – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Yeovil Office | Full-Time, Permanent
A well-established law firm with offices across Somerset is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary to join its busy Dispute Resolution Team, based at the Yeovil office.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time position providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Head of the Dispute Resolution team, as well as to other fee earners within the department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Audio and copy typing of correspondence and legal documents
  • Diary management and coordination of appointments
  • Client communication, both in person and over the phone
  • File management, document production, and digital filing
  • General administrative support across the department
  • Occasional travel to other offices (Bridgwater and Taunton)
