We are looking for a self-motivated legal assistant who is interested in learning in a great teaching environment with great opportunity for advancement in our Pennsylvania office. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of a senior legal assistant. Our ideal candidate is reliable, responsible, eager to learn! Responsibilities Provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness Draft and submit Worker’s Comp Board forms Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and others via telephone, email, and written correspondence Prioritize and organize daily tasks and duties to meet client and firm deadlines Schedule meetings, conference calls, appointments, depositions, mediations Monitor deadlines and coordinate calendars Assist with large document production Other duties as assigned Requirements Skills Looking for someone who has a desire to learn the legal assistant role or in school to earn their paralegal degree.
