Whilst some prior legal or admin experience would be great, we are keen to hear from those who have related work or study experience and can demonstrate an interest in this line of work.

• Scanning and organising paperwork.
• Managing billing processes.
• Opening and closing legal files.
• Handling incoming and outgoing post and correspondence.
• Assisting with mortgage repossession cases, including issuing claims, preparing witness statements and hearing bundles, and liaising with the courts.
• Assisting with property transactions, including assisting with contract packs, exchange, and completion paperwork and liaising with the clients and the Land Registry.
• Adhering to client service agreements and preparing management information.
• Providing efficient and clear communication to clients and colleagues, keeping them informed.
• Assisting and supporting team members with tasks as needed
