Description Job Title: Motion Coordinator Job Summary: The person hired for this position will ultimately gain a substantial knowledge of all court and office procedures, rules and authority and litigation process. Duties include: · Review and prepare all motions for the attorneys including but not limited to Motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, etc. · Prioritize rush motions that have been requested by the clients and need to be completed in a timely manner. · Reviewing reports daily for errors or issues Essential Job Skills Needed: · The candidate must have the ability to analyze and make decisions. Critical thinking is important. · Experience using Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF and Outlook. · Oral and written communication skills. · Takes initiative and has flexibility. · Open to change. · Good oral communication · Detail oriented · Be a critical thinker · Ability to use computers and computer systems · Highly organized Education and Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative position in a legal, banking or business field.
