This position involves interpreting for non-Spanish fluent attorneys, maintaining electronic and physical files, preparing immigration petitions for mailing, and assisting with legal work.   This is a full-time, in-office position based in Fairfax, VA; Silver Spring, MD; or Newark, NJ, with the expectation of daily on-site presence.   Key Responsibilities Legal Support & Coordination * Assist paralegals and attorneys with case preparation and documentation * Prepare and mail immigration petitions and supporting documents * Maintain organized electronic and physical case files Client Communication & Interpretation * Provide Spanish-English interpretation for non-Spanish-fluent attorneys * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients when needed Administrative & Operational Support * Assist with office tasks and workflow management * Support ongoing projects and initiatives within the firm   Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred * Must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) * Detail-oriented and highly organized * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite * Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint preferred * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation   Work Environment & Benefits * In-office role with a collaborative, mission-driven culture * Opportunities for professional growth and hands-on learning in immigration law * Competitive benefits package, including: * Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance * 401(k) with employer match * Paid time off and holidays * Free parking
