The Office is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and is seeking applicants for Legal Secretary positions with the Second Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Albuquerque, New Mexico. * Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: This position requires knowledge of the criminal justice system, general office equipment; good typing, word processing skills and operational knowledge of spreadsheet programs; good math, grammar and proof reading skills; Case Management System (CMS) skills and the ability to merge documents; the ability to prepare and draft legal documents; filing skills, and organizational skills; customer relations skills; ability to communicate effectively and follow directions and policies. * Requirements: High school diploma or GED, plus two (2) years’ work experience in a related field. * Preferred Qualifications: Three (3) years’ work experience and/or education in a related field. * Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment. Some physical effort and travel may be required. Salary range is $19.00-$21.14 hourly.
