KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and support clients, respond to inquiries, and manage communications professionally
• Draft, prepare, and process legal documents and correspondence
• Proactively coordinate and maintain calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
• Perform billing and payment processing functions for client matters
• Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
