Pinnacle Law Group, a boutique law office, has a hybrid position available for a paralegal/legal assistant. No agents please.
We are looking for someone who who enjoys the dynamics of working in a busy law office environment. If you are hard-working, interested in advancing your career in law and you enjoy working independently and as part of a team this may be the job for you.

Areas of practice:

  • Corporate/Business
  • Estate and Incapacity Planning
  • Estate Administration
  • Residential Real Estate

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Post-secondary education with preference given to candidates possessing a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from an accredited college, or post-secondary education related to the practice of law
  • Excellent English language competencies
  • Highly skilled in the use of Office (Word and Outlook)
  • Above average communication, time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple concurrent tasks

Job Duties Include:

  • clerical duties, including word processing, correspondence, scanning/ photocopying, and filing
  • maintaining client files
  • telephone and email communication
  • acting as first point of contact with clients and other stakeholders
  • maintaining BF system
