My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their esteemed Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside leading professionals in the field, providing exceptional client service and administrative support.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience in a Private Client department within a law firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in legal software and case management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and progression of client matters under the guidance of the Team Leader (TL).
  • Draft legal documents, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Estate Administration paperwork.
  • Ensure all correspondence and legal documents meet firm standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide a professional and efficient service to clients, addressing queries and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Meet annual chargeable hour targets and contribute to firm-wide business development by cross-referring clients where appropriate.
