JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking experienced Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to paralegals and ensure smooth client management and customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
    Job Type: Contract
    Pay: $27,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Responsibilities

-Exceptional customer service skills as it relates to phone etiquette and email correspondence.
-Experience maintaining the main phone line of a business.
-Experience setting up consultation appointments.
-Experience with the personal injury client intake process.
- Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and court personnel
-Detailed experience working through Personal Injury client management as it relates to following-up with medical providers and requesting/receiving medical records and bills.
- Organize legal files and documents.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
