JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment. REQUIREMENTS-
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Legal Assistant in Real Estate Law
· Hands-on experience with Lawyer Done Deal (LDD) is required
· Solid knowledge of Alberta real estate practices, procedures, and terminology
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
· Professional communication skills – written and verbal
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
