If these values resonate with you, we invite you to be a vital part of our team. Duties and Responsibilities for this role include: Greet all clients and visitors professionally and with a smile. Maintaining the office common areas in a neat and clean condition. Contacting providers to confirm client lien information. Entering detailed notes into the case management system. Ordering SLED reports and driving records as directed by the Case Managers. Opening all new claims for PI cases as directed by the Case Managers. Processing deposits using a remote deposit scanner. Maintaining the inventory, ordering, and stocking of office and kitchen supplies. Ordering team lunches and assisting with organizing social events.
