Description Robinson Waters & O’Dorisio, P.C., an established, mid-size business law firm in Downtown Denver, seeks a full-time legal assistant. Candidate will have excellent communication skills, attendance and reliability, be proactive and highly organized, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm setting. Experience with NetDocuments and Orion Legal Software is preferred. This is an in-person position with 1 day remote in our Denver, CO office. POSITION REQUIREMENTS · Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook skills · Docketing and calendaring · Drafting and filing documents in State Court · Well-developed skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition · Document Management · Effective verbal and written communication skills · Ability to anticipate problems, find solutions, and prioritize work accordingly · Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgment · Advanced Microsoft Word, Adobe, Excel, and Outlook skills · Docketing and calendaring · Drafting and filing documents in State Courts RWO offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package including company-paid parking, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
