ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Legal Assistant who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting our solicitors and contributing to our gold standard ethos.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to solicitors and other team members.
Drafting documents and correspondence with attention to detail and precision, and audiotyping.
Assisting with case preparation, including file management and compliance.
Dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries from clients and other professionals.
Building strong relationships with clients by delivering exemplary service.
Filing, photocopying, scanning, archiving and general administrative tasks.
