Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and file legal documents with state and federal courts (electronically and in person) Independently communicate with Defendant’s counsel regarding scheduling depositions and vehicle inspections Coordinate logistics with deposition vendors and vehicle inspection teams Draft template-based Notices of Deposition and related scheduling documents Calendar depositions, inspections, hearings, deadlines, and attorney calls in internal case management systems Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, case updates, and required appearances Schedule attorney calls and maintain organized litigation calendars Coordinate service of process and ensure compliance with applicable rules and deadlines Reserve hearing dates with courts and opposing counsel as needed Maintain accurate and organized case files, including tracking filings, service, and confirmations Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case progression Qualifications Prior experience in a law firm or litigation environment preferred Experience coordinating depositions and inspections strongly preferred Familiarity with California state and federal court filing systems Strong understanding of litigation deadlines and calendaring procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems preferred High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred This role will be onsite in Century City The pay will be $23-$32/HR
