Responsibilities
  • Provide executive administrative support to attorneys
  • Assist in the preparation of documents, including contracts, medical records, request for bills, and subrogation
  • Manage case files and maintain organized document management systems
  • Perform document review and proofreading for accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with client interviews and gather necessary information for case preparation
  • Maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are properly organized and accessible
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel via phone etiquette
