Description The Legal Assistant works collaboratively with the General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, and teams across the Company. This role is responsible for coordinating internal information for regulatory filings, assisting in the preparation of corporate board materials and organizational documents, including management committee charters—providing general legal support for corporate projects, and preparing minutes for committee and board meetings. The Legal Assistant contributes insights on best practices, streamlines processes where possible, and collaborates across departments to ensure efficient and compliant legal support for corporate initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation of documents for board and committee meetings, including drafting resolutions, written consents, and minutes. Ensure that corporate records and minute books are up-to-date and accurately maintained. Assist with gathering information across departments for annual disclosure updates and other regulatory fillings. Support the legal team by responding to information requests and providing necessary documentation. Assist in managing the contract database. Support in the contract review team by reviewing NDAs and other legal document requests. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. 3-5 years of experience in corporate law firms or in-house legal departments preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with, or willingness to develop expertise in, Al and other technologies to increase efficiency in legal tasks. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise professionally with all levels of management.
