We pride ourselves on delivering smooth, efficient, and personable service. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close client files in real estate, wills & estates, and corporate matters.
  • Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other professionals.
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and daily schedules.
  • Prepare and organize closing documents for real estate transactions.
  • Assist with estate administration and corporate filings.
  • Perform general administrative duties (filing, scanning, phone calls, email management).

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
  • Valid Drive’s Licence and a vehicle (required)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (experience with Unity a plus).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
