Responsibilities

The Legal Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team.

  • Manage filing and file management, including opening and closing files
  • Maintain electronic filing and document management systems
  • Support fee earners with billing, credit control, and time recording
  • Handle documentation for client account payments and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
  • Compile and manage PDF documents, data-rooms, and electronic storage
  • Conduct legal research and manage document scheduling
  • Provide administrative support, including scanning, photocopying, and printing
