We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Emirati Legal Assistant to join our legal team. Job Description Draft, review, and edit legal documents, contracts, and correspondence in both English and Arabic. Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and company policies. Conduct legal research on various topics, including laws and regulations, case precedents, and industry-specific legislation. Summarize findings and provide insights to the legal team. Assist in managing legal cases and projects, including organizing case files, maintaining accurate records, and tracking deadlines. Liaise with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders. Schedule meetings and facilitate effective communication between the legal team and external parties. Perform general administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements for the legal team. Support the legal team in ensuring the company’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Translate legal documents and communications between English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and legal precision. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in law, Legal Studies, or a related field. Previous experience as a legal assistant or in a similar role is advantage. Additional Information Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases.
