KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • File Management: Handle file intake, organization, and preparation.
  • Client Support: Assist with client meetings, gather required information, and maintain communication throughout the process.
  • Document Preparation: Draft probate and estate administration documents.
  • Coordination: Communicate with financial institutions, the Public Guardian, and Trustee offices.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Conduct searches at Corporate Registry and Land Titles.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
  • Answer phone calls and emails.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
