Responsibilities Assist attorneys with legal research and analysis for ongoing cases. Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and motions. Review and summarize legal documents and case files as required. Support the litigation team in trial preparation and strategy development. Maintain and organize case files and legal documents for easy access. Communicate with clients and third parties to gather information and evidence. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and standards in all activities. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in a legal setting, including internships or clerkships. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Salary competitive 3 days work from home Flexible hours
