Our focus includes equity (fundraising and employee incentive programs), corporate/M&A and business development, particularly in tech-driven environments such as AI, data and platform-based business models. Our goal: remove friction between complex law and fast-paced business, becoming the obvious legal partner for ambitious founders. About the role As a Legal Associate, you will work closely with founders, management teams and investors, often as an external in-house counsel and strategic sounding board. You will be involved early in key decisions and play a real part in shaping growth journeys. Key responsibilities include: Advising on fundraising, M&A and ownership structures Designing and implementing equity and incentive programs Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Advising on AI, data, and emerging business models Supporting governance and strategic decision-making We are looking for a skilled lawyer with solid analytical ability, technical precision and integrity. Clients rely on us for high-quality legal advice – and the best advice comes from lawyers who think like entrepreneurs without forgetting they're lawyers. About you You meet the following qualifications: Swedish Master’s degree in Law 3–5 years in a top-tier law firm, preferably with some in-house experience Experience in corporate law and/or M&A. Fluent in Swedish and English Experience from startups or scaleups is a strong plus. More importantly, you are commercially sharp, pragmatic, curious and precise.
