Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations. Assist in the preparation for and representation during court proceedings, arbitrations, and client meetings, providing expert legal advice and support. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop proactive solutions for complex legal issues maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Manage client communications effectively ensuring all inquiries are responded to promptly and professionally, while maintaining client confidentiality. Requirements Master of Law (MA) degree or equivalent from a recognized law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience in representing the clients in the courts, exposure to white collar crimes cases is preferred. Strong understanding of UAE commercial practices and regulations. Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in English; Arabic - native language.
