This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to develop their skillset and progress their career within a legal environment.

SKILLS & BACKGROUND

  • Experience in a similar finance role
  • Legal accounts experience advantageous
  • Experience of using online payment systems
  • Good organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and levels of accuracy

VACANCY SUMMARY

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary: c£30,000 per annum D.O.E
Location: Nottingham City Centre

  • Generate receipts, to include cash, card, cheque and online payments
  • Post bills, transfers and credit notes, to include; bank reconciliations, credit control reporting and all write offs
  • Make payments, including credit card payments, invoices and managing cheque payments
  • Assist with general administration duties, to include, scanning, filing and correspondence
