POSITION OVERVIEW:

TD Bank is looking for a dynamic Analyst to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data, and a deep understanding of risk management and governance. As a Level 8 Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work across various functions within the GRC space, providing valuable insights and ensuring that our governance and risk frameworks are effectively supported and continuously improved.
This is a flexible role where your responsibilities may vary based on the evolving needs of the department, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to develop a diverse skill set within TD Bank.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Data Science, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, governance, risk management, or a related area, preferably within a financial institution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of governance and risk management frameworks, as well as familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Experience in project management or process improvement is an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks within the department, demonstrating a willingness to take on new responsibilities as needed.
