Role As a Legal & Business Assistant, you support both the Senior Legal Counsel and the Rider Agents, playing a central role in coordinating contractual, administrative, and commercial processes within THE•TEAM’s Cycling Division. You will be involved in complex, international dossiers and will also have direct contact with riders, always in a supporting and coordinating capacity. You will work under the guidance of the Senior Legal Counsel and gain first-hand insight into how athlete management and contractual processes are developed and managed at the highest level. This is primarily a support role requiring a strong focus on structure, accuracy, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Provide legal and administrative support across multiple dossiers and agents Prepare and structure contractual and commercial processes Coordinate communication between agents, riders, and external partners Monitor deadlines, agreements, and follow-ups across various dossiers Support clients (income analysis, document follow-up, providing explanations) Act as a liaison with external advisors (tax advisors, accountants, banks, insurers) Assist with international mobility matters (domicile, visas, relocations, administrative formalities) Manage and follow up on insurance dossiers and financial structures Support commercial and contractual agreements in collaboration with Rider Agents Assist in reviewing and preparing contract templates Profile Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Applied Economics, or similar.
