We are looking for a Legal Business Partner to join our company.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory, fintech, and payments law.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including digital payments, blockchain, and emerging fintech trends.
- Experience in contract negotiation, risk management, and legal compliance.
- Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements and related documents.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-legal teams.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus!

Responsibilities:
- Advise on regulatory compliance and legal issues in fintech and payments, including consumer protection, data privacy, and anti-money laundering.
- Support the legal analysis and implementation of regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Draft and negotiate contracts related to business operations and partnerships.
- Monitor changes in fintech and payments regulations, and keep internal teams informed.
- Collaborate with external advisors and regulators to stay ahead of industry trends.
