ROLE

Forbes Solicitors are looking for a Legal Cashier to join our Finance Team at our Head Office currently based in Blackburn This is a full time role working 36.25 hours per week, Monday - Friday, initially based at our Rutherford House and then moving to our Walton Summit Office at a later date, with the flexibility of hybrid working, one day per week.

The Legal Cashier responsibilities will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:

• Undertaking daily banking functions;
• Preparing online electronic bank transfers, CHAPS, BACS and Faster;
• Bank Reconciliation - Client & Business accounts;
• Client ledger reconciliations;
• Administration of petty cash;
• Processing of client and office accounting transactions including postings;
• Processing client to office transfers;
• Complying with SRA rules;
• Month End SRA Compliance Folder;
• Answer internal and external accounts queries.
