Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our forward thinking client in Salisbury who urgently require a Legal Cashier on a part-time 12 month FTC.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Oversee and manage cashiering duties including managing the accounting system
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Posting client and office transactions
  • Setting up CHAPS and BACS payments
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Month end processing and managing payroll
  • Preparation of VAT reports
