LEGAL CASHIER – BUILD YOUR OWN FUNCTION FROM THE GROUND UP

Location: Market Deeping or Leicester (Hybrid available after qualifying period)
Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 + benefits

This is your chance to take ownership, shape the function from scratch, and put your mark on the way we handle our finances for years to come.
You won’t be “just processing transactions” here. You’ll be working directly with our COFA (who is also our Managing Director) to design and run a slick, compliant, and future-proof cashiering function.
You will have experience of Xero Accounting and LEAP and CLIO Case management systems.

• Designing and managing all day-to-day cashiering processes from the ground up.
• Ensuring every transaction complies with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) Accounts Rules.
• Handling client and office account transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Acting as the go-to person for all financial queries, from fee-earners to the leadership team.
• Driving improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
