Job Description and Person Specification

Responsibilities:

  • Using the case management system to produce correspondence, forms, court documents, maps and plans, and other documentation as required by the team
  • Producing accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date legal documentation and court bundles, under direction, to tight deadlines
  • Opening new legal case files using the case management system including setting up initial documentation and completing acknowledgments. To close files on the case management system, prepare paper files for off-site storage and update team spread sheets with case outcomes
  • Operating legal procedures including authentication and sealing of documents, producing case management reports and assisting with routine processes such as processing invoices
