Description Bounce is looking for a Legal Collections Coordinator with excellent organizational skills who will interact with law firms to pursue litigation on collections accounts. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively and efficiently communicating with various law firms to resolve as many placed accounts as possible. How You’ll Spend Your Time Establish relationships with key contacts at law firms to streamline processes, drive performance and ensure adherence to SLAs Manage legal inventory and conduct reconciliations on a regular basis Contact law firms regarding consumer disputes, payments, etc. Oversee the placement of consumer accounts to law firms including providing all required media and documents Coordinate with Product and Operations to improve processes, reporting, and outcomes relating to legal collection accounts Oversee the processes for identifying consumers who are eligible for litigation referral Adhere to all policies regarding debt collection standards as well as federal (FDCPA) and state collection law Requirements 2+ years of work experience in a legal or administrative support role Work experience in legal, collections, finance / fintech industries is preferred Familiarity with legal collections processes is preferred High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's in a related field is a plus) Strong typing, computer skills, very proficient in Excel and Word Great verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multi-task, set priorities, organize and manage time effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans to fit your needs 12 days of PTO 5 Paid Sick Days 10 paid company holidays Company catered lunches and quarterly team events, happy hours, etc Work with a passionate, growing team of people in the US and in Tel-Aviv, Israel Opportunities to advance in your career with a growing company!
