About the Role:
As a Legal Collections Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in managing and executing collection strategies to recover outstanding debts. You’ll use your expertise to communicate effectively with clients and debtors, negotiate payment plans, and maintain meticulous records using Microsoft Suite and Clio.
salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to collect outstanding debts from individuals.
  • Accurately document all collection activities using Microsoft Suite and Clio.
  • Engage with clients and debtors to negotiate and establish payment plans.
  • Work closely with the legal team to refine and optimize collection procedures.
  • What You’ll Bring
  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in legal collections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Clio.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
