Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to support a strategic contract review, client engagement initiative and to support the implementation of a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in legal operations, commercial contract analysis, and digital transformation within a global workforce solutions company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contract review
  • Review and analyze historical client contracts to determine enforceability and relevance.
  • Cross-check legacy agreements to identify potential conflicts (e.g. overlapping clauses).
  • Assist in categorizing and prioritizing contracts for novation or reactivation.
  • Support the preparation of communication templates and outreach materials for client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of contract status, findings, and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with the delivery teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
  • Provide administrative support as needed for the project.
  • CLM System Transition
  • Assist in the migration of contract data from existing systems into the new CLM platform.
  • Help validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness before upload.
  • Participate in feedback cycles for the CLM system rollout.
