As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal and Compliance Administrator to support our Legal & Compliance function. This is a pivotal role helping ensure our business operations meet legal and regulatory standards across global markets.

Responsibilities
  • Answering Data Subject Access Requests over multiple mediums such as telephone and emails.
  • Supporting the team in the collating and distribution of documentation through the processing of data.
  • Deal with legal documentation administration, processing non-disclosure agreements and other contractual documents through our online management system.
  • Arrange and facilitate audits both internally and externally, together with co-ordination and completion of client audit questionnaires.
  • Assisting the Legal and Compliance team to maintain records of regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal legal and compliance inquiries.
  • General administration and support.
