QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3 years of legal and compliance experience in a school environment (private school)
• In-depth knowledge of education laws, school governance, labor laws, and safeguarding policies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive school-related legal matters with discretion
• Strong analytical and research skills to understand, interpret, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and compliance standards towards educational institutions
• Proactive, self-initiating, quick learner, and detail oriented
• Having a Responsible-to-Life attitude

• Staying up-to-date with changes in educational regulations
• Providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of company matters
• Ensure all school operations comply with educational regulations
• Develop, review, and manage school-related contracts, policies, and agreements
• Advise school leadership on legal risks, compliance matters, and governance
• Liaise with education ministries, accreditation bodies, and government agencies
• Handle legal disputes, disciplinary actions, and school-related regulatory issues
