Description
We are seeking a qualified and ambitious Legal Compliance Officer to support the company's legal operations and ensure full compliance with applicable legislation. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract negotiation, corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time internal role within the Quality Assurance department, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that encourages growth and initiative. Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including service, supply, and other business-related contracts. Preparation of Board of Directors minutes, legalizations, licensing, corporate transformations, etc. Handling employment contracts, labor inspection reports, labor disputes, etc. Legal review and support in the preparation of participation files for private or public tender procedures. Handling of current out-of-court dispute resolution matters (e.g. extrajudicial notices, amicable settlements, etc.). Legal representation of the Company before judicial and other authorities (e.g. Labor Inspection, etc.). Collaboration with external legal advisors, court bailiffs, and other legal professionals. Certification and evaluation of partners/suppliers/subcontractors. Study and submission of proposals for the development of corporate policies. Implementation of safeguarding measures in accordance with national and EU regulations (e.g., GDPR). Providing updates to Management regarding regulatory compliance. Preparation of legal files. Physical and digital archiving of legal documents. Research on legal issues and case law. Degree in Law. At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar in-house legal position and/or in a law firm. Excellent knowledge of Civil, Labor, Corporate, and Business Law. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. Strong command of IT tools, including MS Office and familiarity with relevant legal or administrative platforms. Excellent attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset. High level of integrity and professional ethics. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under deadlines. Capability to interpret complex policies and regulatory texts. Knowledge of GDPR, insurance, and compensation-related matters will be considered an asset.
