Job Description Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with OJK and other relevant regulations in the investment, securities, and capital market sectors. Prepare and submit mandatory reports, filings, approvals, and disclosures to regulators. Support regulatory audits, inspections, and inquiries, and act as the liaison between the company and government authorities. Ensure the company complies with AML/CFT (APU-PPT) standards including identifying, monitoring, and reporting suspicious activities. Provide legal advice and guidance on business initiatives Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents. Ensure all legal documents meet capital market standards and investor protection principles. Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications Bachelor Degree of Law Having experiene 3-4 year Working experience as corporate legal at Fintech company especially investment, capital market or securities Strong understanding of investment, capital market or securities Having PERADI will be a plus Attention to detail and have a sense of legal risk awareness Good communication and problem solving skill
