• Supporting legal and compliance departments in building and developing efficient digital processes and systems
• Optimization and standardization of workflows as well as support for the introduction of modern legal and compliance tech solutions (e.g. CLM, DMS, AI tools, GRC systems).
• Participation in the creation and maintenance of standard contracts, as well as taking on administrative tasks to relieve the specialist departments.
• Development of reporting, KPI and data structures for managing workload, risks and costs
• Support in the further development of the compliance management system as well as group-wide guidelines and processes (including LKSG/CSDDD)
• Coordination of training courses and e-learning, as well as support with operational compliance issues.
• Close collaboration with internal departments, international companies and external law firms

MORE COMPETENCE FOR US

• Completed studies or comparable qualification, e.g. business law, economics, administrative sciences or information management
• Prior experience in legal operations, compliance, project or process management is an advantage.
• Understanding of legal and organizational contexts
• High digital affinity and interest in tools, systems and data-driven work
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; Power BI is an advantage.
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Very good German and good English skills
